We are seeking a highly skilled DB Technical Transaction Analyst to join our team at BCT Resourcing. As a key member of our Defined Benefit Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational setup of BPA transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in defined benefit pensions administration
  • Support the preparation of new scheme transitions into the data cleanse function and production of mapped data
  • Ensure all requisites agreed with trustees are met on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Experience working within a TPA or insurance company, preferably in pensions administration or operations
  • Strong defined benefit technical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
