Technology Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technology Solutions Engineer to join our team at Step Ahead Recruitment Ltd. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing technology solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements.
  • Leading IT and business system projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Providing technical expertise and support for business systems, including Epicor and Solarvista LIVE.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and innovations.
  • Developing and maintaining custom software solutions, including Azure Logic Apps and code in C#, Python, and JavaScript.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, with experience in ERP systems, software development, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficient in software development, with experience in C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
