Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Penberthy House Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans and needs.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of kindness and empathy.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus pay rate enhancements for certain shifts.
