Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including general HR functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with day-to-day financial processes, including credit card transactions, petty cash, and in-box maintenance.
  • Prepare and process sales invoices, generate aged creditor reports, and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership databases.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT and Excel skills, with experience in sales/purchase ledgers.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
