Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your section with precision, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

  • Work alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
