Position Overview

Accely is in search of a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Architect to enhance our capabilities in delivering top-notch human resources solutions. This position is focused on the design, implementation, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Onboarding (ONB).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Lead design workshops to facilitate client process walkthroughs and gather essential business requirements.
  • Support various interface workstreams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Assist in testing, training, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Between 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Certification in RCM, ONB, and EC.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
  • The ability to thrive in a multi-partner environment.

This is a permanent role with competitive compensation based on experience.
