Role Responsibilities: As the Director, you will oversee the design and implementation of our Outstanding Families and Children's services, ensuring alignment with the council's vision, values, and strategic priorities. You will spearhead the development, execution, and evaluation of the Families and Children's strategy through transformative service initiatives. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of early help and statutory services, from our Integrated Front Door to adoption services, and everything in between.
Qualifications: You will be innovative, results-oriented, and possess a commercial perspective. Operating at a senior level within Families and Children's services, you must demonstrate a proven history of strategic development and successful program delivery within a complex organizational structure.
Assessment Process: A technical assessment interview will be conducted, followed by a panel discussion involving young people and an Officer Appointments Committee.
