Design Validation Engineer

Polytec Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Design Validation Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to verify performance and functionality.
  • Produce clear and concise technical reports to document test results.
  • Develop and enhance test methodologies and equipment to ensure efficient and effective validation processes.
  • Reproduce hardware issues and assist in debugging technical problems.
  • Maintain laboratory and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration, functionality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Liaise with external test houses to conduct specialized testing that cannot be performed in-house.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with Environmental and Electrical testing processes.
  • Solid understanding of Electronics and experience in testing electronic components or systems.
  • Proficient using a wide range of bench test equipment, including Power Supplies, Digital Multimeters, and Oscilloscopes.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with EMC and RF test plans and techniques.
