Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Discipline Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technical projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
