About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hales Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our customers, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our customers
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as toileting, dressing, showering, and bathing
  • Support with light domestic tasks, meal preparation, and cooking
  • Help with medication, mobility, and other care needs

Requirements
  • No previous experience in care is necessary
