Senior Dental Receptionist and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dental Receptionist and Compliance Admin to join our team at Remedicare. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data protection, health and safety, and quality standards.
- Support with audits, risk assessments, and other compliance-related activities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a dental practice or a similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
