Job Opportunity: Arbuthnot Yon is seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our team.
About the Role: We are looking for a disputes lawyer with solid experience who would enjoy partnering with the business and developing relationships and an internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team of paralegals/specialists as well as running your own case-load and supporting the Senior Legal Counsel with more complex cases.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and undertake a varied role where no day is the same.
- Disputes range from legacy current day disputes with customers relating to contractual, debt and regulatory issues.
- Run high value complex cases with complex settlement arrangements and in-person negotiations.

Requirements: The successful candidate will be a litigation lawyer and have 2-5 years PQE gained in private practice or in-house.
