About the Role

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Lead Analyst to join our team in Belfast. As a Data Quality Lead Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, which is sourced and provisioned to meet all required data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the continuous Data Quality by assessing, evaluating and analyzing data, setting controls and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, adoption and communication of Data Quality and Data Quality risk.
  • Collaborate with others to monitor and remediate data concerns.
  • Produce metrics and reporting for various forums at varying frequencies used by executives to evaluate performance and address areas of need and to support line of business with their day to day scope of work.
  • Support activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality.
  • Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements.
  • Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements.
  • Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges through Citi's corresponding Data/Issue management process.
  • Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process.
  • Report Data Quality issues through Citi's corresponding Data/Issue management process.
  • Support senior management strategic vision.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
  • Several years experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs.
  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
