We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Administrator for Surgical and Medical Services, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services to our postgraduate medical centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the postgraduate medical centre, including coordinating courses and events, arranging meetings, and promoting events through various media channels.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of face-to-face and virtual meetings between trainees and members of the training committee.
- Oversee the delivery of regional training days and assist in the planning and organisation of faculty development days.
- Provide administrative support to the Cambridge University Hospitals Medical Education team, including cover within the team as and when required.
- Assist with the planning, organisation, and delivery of activities and events within the school, including using digital platforms such as Panopto and Bridge.
