About the Role:

  • Source and procure materials, products, and services from approved suppliers to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the planning team to optimize stock levels.
  • Utilize various systems to manage purchasing activities and evaluate supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software systems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
