Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunals.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement employment policies and procedures.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and other employment-related disputes.
  • Conduct employment law audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' PQE in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
