Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groundworks Ganger to join our team at Danny Sullivan Group Ltd. As a Groundworks Ganger, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of groundworks projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards and within the given timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate groundworks teams to ensure efficient and safe working practices
- Plan and execute groundworks projects, including earthworks, excavation, and construction
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or in a similar role
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Previous experience with earthworks and excavation
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Right to work in the UK
