We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
