About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious pub in North West London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that reflect our brand's culinary vision and values
• Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
• Source and manage high-quality ingredients to ensure consistency and freshness

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume pub or restaurant environment
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern European cuisine
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
