Location: Field Based, covering South Wales, Rhondda, Pembrokeshire areas & expanding to other areas as the role grows.
Salary: £25,000-30,000 pro rata - (£13.50 to £15.38 per hour)
Contract: Zero hours contract initially
Company Overview: Just Checking Limited specializes in innovative activity monitoring solutions that empower individuals to receive the necessary care and support for independent living. Our services are utilized by approximately 70% of local authorities across the UK, aiding in care assessments and providing long-term sensor technology for effective support.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, real-time monitoring, and removal of activity monitoring systems.
- Contribute to data analysis and prepare summary reports to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Manage the installation and deinstallation of Just Checking/Just Roaming systems in various settings including homes and care facilities.
- Adapt practices to meet the unique needs and sensitivities of each individual.
- Facilitate training and awareness sessions to enhance engagement with our technology.
- Collaborate with professionals, caregivers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and address any challenges that arise.
- Assist individuals in understanding the technology and provide reassurance during the installation process.
- Support professionals in interpreting and utilizing data effectively.
- Work closely with technical staff to maintain operational integrity of the systems.
- Train users on the effective use of the system and application.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in adult social care settings, with a strong understanding of the needs of individuals receiving support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Practical skills for equipment installation in various environments.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and Office applications.
- Experience in a social care role is advantageous.
- A relevant qualification would be beneficial.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the designated region.
Note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo Enhanced DBS and PVG checks.
