About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our team at Jesuits in Britain. As a key member of our Communications Team, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that showcases our work and mission.

As a Digital Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including video production, social media management, and content creation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our brand and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand and tone of voice.
  • Produce high-quality digital content, including videos, photos, and multimedia content.
  • Manage our social media channels and ensure they are regularly updated with fresh, engaging content.
  • Work closely with our teams to develop tailored content that reflects their specific needs and objectives.
  • Attend events and locations as required to capture real-time content for immediate or planned publication.
  • Collaborate with our Website & Digital Media Manager and Digital Marketing & Development Manager to develop content ideas, campaigns, and shape and implement the digital strategy.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise content performance and audience engagement.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, particularly video production and social media management.
  • Proficiency in video production tools and editing software, including camera operation and equipment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and the intuition to independently create engaging content.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and potentially internationally.
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional copywriting skills who can maintain a consistent brand tone of voice, balancing friendliness with professionalism.
  • Understanding of and interest in the mission of Jesuits in Britain.
