About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Knight Frank's Ascot & Virginia Water office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining a tidy office and reception area.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and refer clients to a wide range of KF services.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to provide a high level of support within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure office compliance and drive audit pass rate improvements.
  • Demonstrate competence in all KF systems, including Working Life, Hub, Global Life, Power BI, and Audit Centre.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior experience in a business support, administration, or front of house role.
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
