Senior Electrical Technician – Facilities Management Provider – Commercial Sector

Working Hours:
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lighting maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, and lamp replacement
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections
  • Managing control panels
  • Ballast replacement
  • Monitoring BMS systems for temperature regulation
  • Executing various M&E and fabric maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance logs
  • Plumbing tasks such as clearing blockages
  • Working with pumps and motors
  • Ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations
  • Managing chillers and pressurization units
  • Completing assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
  • Proactively identifying and addressing faults in building services
Qualifications:
  • Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition certification
  • HVAP or LVAP qualifications are advantageous
  • Ability to provide trade certification documentation
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
