Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Sustainability Office, you will serve as the Executive Coordinator, providing essential administrative support to the Director and the Head of the Sustainability Office, along with the broader team.


Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the calendar and communications for the Director and Head of the Sustainability Office, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Offer operational assistance for communication initiatives related to sustainability, aligning with strategic messaging, campaigns, and events.
- Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, including document preparation, minute-taking, and action point tracking.
- Assist the leadership team with various projects and tasks as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation, as necessary.


Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Coordination or Executive Assistant role, preferably within a communications context.
- Proven track record of coordinating with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to make timely decisions in accordance with established procedures and escalate issues as needed.
- A customer-focused approach with discretion.
- Familiarity with finance processes in SAP and venue booking systems is desirable.
