Job Title: Advancement Services Lead

STERIS is a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention. We are seeking an experienced Advancement Services Lead to join our team in Leicester, UK.

About the Role

The Advancement Services Lead will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly, and sterilization of instruments, consumables, and equipment within predefined quality standards. This role will involve providing direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, Maintain, and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
  • Participate as an integral member of the management team and actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
  • Assist and support the Production Manager in the planning and operational process.
  • Provide full structured and comprehensive training to team members.
  • Define career path for team members when fully operational.
Requirements
  • Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
What We Offer
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week on Monday-Friday at 22:00-6:00, with availability for weekends/Bank Holidays.
  • Competitive salary, plus a 5% performance bonus, and generous shift allowances if you work overtime/unsociable hours.
  • Higher cost of living allowance if you work in London.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
