Electrical Engineering Project Coordinator

Compensation:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Project Coordinator to enhance our project delivery team for various initiatives.


Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the Project Manager and support other management teams throughout the Design, Construction, and Commissioning stages of each project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
  • Complete and submit contract reviews and monthly forecasts punctually.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships across all levels.
  • Contribute to the Project Management strategy.
  • Organize and maintain the contract documentation systems.
  • Assist in developing the project timeline; track progress and generate status reports.
  • Provide necessary information for the timely creation of Operations & Maintenance manuals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
  • Engage with site management regarding design and procurement matters.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance regularly.
  • Support the preparation of completion and handover documentation.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in industry networking events and conferences.

Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in UK Water projects.
  • Familiarity with various contract conditions, particularly NEC.
  • Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering (minimum HNC).
  • Proven experience in supply chain management.
  • Understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
