Job Opportunity

We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our bank team at Meadowbank Care Home. This role involves working efficiently with our multidisciplinary team to provide patient care and support residents with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist staff with assessment and implementation of individual care plans
  • Undertake daily tasks and activities to facilitate residents' wellbeing, dignity, and treatment
  • Work with the multidisciplinary team to approach patient care
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and mobility
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any unusual occurrences to senior staff
  • Participate in ward meetings and adhere to infection control policies
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Basic IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Healthcare experience desirable
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
