As a Healthcare Associate, your role will center around delivering professional, empathetic, and personalized care. You will be tasked with developing and executing tailored care plans that ensure our residents receive dignified and independent support. Establishing meaningful connections with residents and their families is essential to your responsibilities.

Collaborating closely with a Registered General Nurse, you will contribute significantly to upholding our high standards of care, which includes meticulous record-keeping and effective team communication. Furthermore, you will assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing both physical and emotional support, administering medications, and conducting audits.

To be eligible for this position, you should have successfully completed a Nursing Associate Apprenticeship Program and possess an NVQ level 3 or its equivalent. Previous leadership experience in a care environment is advantageous. Key attributes for this role include a positive demeanor, strong communication abilities, and proficient time management skills.

Qualifications / Experience:
