This role transcends the conventional security position. Situated in the picturesque setting of Cleethorpes Pearl, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our holiday guests while providing assistance whenever necessary. A full driving license is essential, and SIA qualification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve ensuring the park's safety and security. You will serve as a comforting presence for guests and be prepared to respond in emergencies. Your diverse and engaging responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests at the park entrance and overseeing vehicle access
  • Conducting foot and vehicle patrols to maintain secure perimeters and ensure the park's well-being
  • Occasionally managing door duties and verifying guest passes for the entertainment complex
  • Assisting guests with any inquiries or issues they may encounter
  • Addressing any conflicts or service-related challenges proactively

Additionally, you may find yourself engaged in various tasks, as long as you are willing to assist, even beyond your designated duties.

Availability

Please note that holiday periods coincide with peak times, so your flexibility to work during most bank holidays and weekends is essential.

Required Skills and Attributes

This position is ideal for the right candidate, and we will provide comprehensive training and orientation. While extensive experience is not mandatory, the following attributes are essential:

  • A valid driving license
  • Strong customer service skills – we seek an individual who is approachable and positive towards our guests
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
