About Our Company:
We are collaborating with a pioneering organization in the diagnostic solutions sector. Their goal is to improve patient outcomes through innovative diagnostic technologies. We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Clinical Research Analyst to become a part of our vibrant team. This position is well-suited for individuals with laboratory experience or those holding a postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in the formulation and documentation of clinical studies either directly or through Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Implement study protocols and ensure their timely execution.
- Gather study data utilizing both internal and external biological samples as necessary.
- Handle and meticulously document biological specimens and cell cultures.
- Perform laboratory tasks such as culturing biological samples, setting up and analyzing FISH, and resolving technical issues.
- Contribute to a designated share of the analytical and practical responsibilities within the team, utilizing both internal and external samples as needed.
- Serve as an external study monitor as instructed by the Clinical Affairs Scientist, coordinating with external clinical sites to gather necessary clinical data.
Qualifications We Seek:
- A degree in a science-related field, ideally at the MSc level or equivalent.
- Experience in providing operational insights into clinical or scientific study design, including protocols, amendments, informed consent documentation, study guides, and case report forms.
- Capability to apply scientific knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving laboratory challenges.
- Experience in a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage workloads effectively under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and a high degree of motivation, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to meticulously follow detailed processes.
- Familiarity with cytogenetic processing techniques and FISH analysis is a plus.
