Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineering Specialist to support our construction teams in overseeing the installation of infrastructure projects, including roads and sewer systems. This position involves collaborating closely with the Technical Department to ensure accurate measurement and documentation of work variations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the site team in monitoring and evaluating road and sewer installations.
  • Conduct setting out and surveying tasks on assigned sites, working in tandem with groundwork teams to verify and establish formation levels while minimizing material waste.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as total stations and AutoCAD to generate precise setting out information.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Department to address any site-level inquiries regarding foundations, drainage, and external levels, focusing on value engineering and problem-solving.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in setting out and the use of total stations.
  • Hands-on experience in value engineering projects as necessary.
  • Familiarity with regulations pertaining to roads, sewers, and substructures.
  • Previous experience with a house builder or contractor, particularly in groundwork operations.
