About the Role:

Kings Recruitment Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support & Customer Services Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing sales-related administrative processes and handling post-sales customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the administration, procurement, and distribution of corporate gifts and cards to customers.
  • Provide general administrative support, including product/image loading and maintenance on the company website.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer service issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a sales/customer support environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate level Excel and Outlook, plus mail merge in Word and basic PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks/Purchase Order system/Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to ensure priorities are constantly assessed and delivered on.
