About the Role:
Kings Recruitment Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support & Customer Services Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing sales-related administrative processes and handling post-sales customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the administration, procurement, and distribution of corporate gifts and cards to customers.
- Provide general administrative support, including product/image loading and maintenance on the company website.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer service issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a sales/customer support environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate level Excel and Outlook, plus mail merge in Word and basic PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks/Purchase Order system/Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to ensure priorities are constantly assessed and delivered on.
