Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Immunocore. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain our financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  2. Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide strategic financial guidance to our leadership team, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
  3. Business Growth: Drive business growth through data-driven insights, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously improve our financial planning and analysis processes, identifying areas for automation, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Skills: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and data visualization.
  4. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience leading and managing teams.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
