We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Team Member to join our team at Ibis & Adagio London Sutton Point. As a Hotel Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a friendly and personal service
  • Ensuring administrative procedures do not take priority over guest relations
  • Creating and maintaining reservations, and completing a friendly check-in and departure of our guests
  • Anticipating guests' needs and taking them into consideration
  • Providing impeccable service and maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice, and fostering customer loyalty
  • Promoting our food and beverage services
  • Completing all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
  • Communicating information as necessary to other departments and team members
  • Ensuring all documentation, products, and provisions needed for the department and/or guests are available and up-to-date
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in the hotel's food and beverage outlet
  • Ensuring the working areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Handling guest complaints and/or remarks in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Personality and hospitality passion are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a variety of roles and departments
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
