Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference in people's lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
We have three part-time roles available, with varying hours and shift patterns. All our services are 24-hour care, and we prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal and social life.
Benefits- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits, including pension and holiday buying options.
