About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing luxurious spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued
  • Work collaboratively with other spa therapists and hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends and treatments

Requirements

  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • Experience of working in a spa environment, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
