About the Role: We're seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our growing team. As the main point of contact for tenants, you'll handle everything from move-ins to day-to-day inquiries and maintenance requests. Your mission is to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Liaison: Handle all tenant inquiries from move-in to check-out, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Property Management: Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and deposit releases, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate record-keeping.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve incidents, including out-of-hours emergencies, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Compliance: Ensure properties meet all legislative requirements, maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Log and manage repair requests and contractor assignments, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Inspections: Conduct property inspections and move-in demonstrations, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong tenant and community relationships, promoting a positive and inclusive living environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage arrears and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and effective financial management.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Head of Department, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, preferably in BTR, PBSA, or leasing agencies, with a strong track record of success.
  • Qualifications: ARLA qualification is essential, demonstrating a high level of expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Skills: Outstanding customer service, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personality: Dynamic, driven, and passionate about property management, with a strong sense of autonomy and a collaborative team player.
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative with a knack for resolving issues, with a strong focus on finding solutions and improving processes.
  • Confidentiality: Strict adherence to confidentiality, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
