Job Title:

Key Account Manager Salary:

Up to £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

Location:

Home-based with occasional travel to the office and customer sites

As a seasoned Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile accounts, fostering strong relationships with key customers, and driving business growth.

This is a home-based role with the flexibility to manage your own schedule, though occasional travel to the office and customer sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are maximized.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production, to ensure seamless communication and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Lead and project manage high-volume promotions and new product development (NPD) launches.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders, including tracking sales versus budget and monitoring aged stock.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing high-profile customer accounts.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Continuous development of commercial knowledge and understanding of the market.
