Are you looking for a challenging role in the insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire.

As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, and building strong relationships. You will also be responsible for resolving queries and providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone with experience in the insurance industry, who is proactive, uses their initiative, and has a willingness to learn. You should be confident in working with clients both on the phone and face-to-face, and have a positive outlook and a collaborative approach.
