We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Priority Appointments. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and lapsed clients to ensure continued business growth and revenue streams.
- Build and nurture a network of client contacts and senior-level decision makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Maximise revenue streams with each client by dealing with permanent and temporary industrial and commercial roles.
- Take detailed job briefs for all roles and ensure vacancy requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with Talent Resourcers to brief them on job requirements and update the team on clients and qualified jobs.
- Conduct video interviews with short-listed candidates and present candidates to clients while ensuring client timelines are met.
Priority Appointments is a well-established and highly regarded Recruitment Consultancy based in Basingstoke. We specialise in providing staff to the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Distribution sectors and have a strong reputation for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
What We Offer- A competitive basic salary with uncapped bonuses and a realistic OTE of 40-60k.
