Position Overview:

As our in-house CAD Technician/Project Manager, you will be crucial in designing, planning, and executing our projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director to understand project scope and objectives.
• Develop accurate 3D models with technical attributes such as flue design, site preparation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare 3D models so they are ready for client presentations and revise as needed/instructed.
• Oversee project lifecycles from design to completion, managing timelines and resources.
• Work with installation teams to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and resolve any issues during installation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SketchUp 3D design software.
• Understanding of standard/typical building practices and methods.
• Understanding of project management from design to completion.
