Role Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a Supervisor at our retail location, where you will be instrumental in executing the retail strategy and enhancing the customer journey. In this role, you will oversee a team of passionate chocolate advisors, ensuring operational excellence and optimizing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in inspiring and developing team members
