As a Senior Care Assistant at Advinia Care Homes Limited, you will lead our care teams to provide exceptional care, compassion, and resident dignity. Working closely with Unit Managers or Deputy Managers, you will be responsible for administering medication, personal care, team supervision, developing, implementing, and updating care plans in line with CQC guidelines. You will also coach and mentor your team, identifying training needs and providing guidance to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and personal care to residents
