Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our specialist drug and alcohol service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with adult service users to provide evidence-based interventions and support their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 121 and group therapies to service users
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
- HCPC registration as a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist
- Post-qualification experience working with substance misuse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and therapies
