About the Role:

  • Support our client, a female with learning disabilities, in her own property, providing 24/7 care and assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our client, promoting independence and empowering her to achieve her goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise in learning disabilities care.
