About the Role:
- Support our client, a female with learning disabilities, in her own property, providing 24/7 care and assistance.
- Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our client, promoting independence and empowering her to achieve her goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise in learning disabilities care.
