Accountable Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified Senior Finance Manager to join a rapidly expanding organization.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial operations of the company and the entire recruitment division, directly reporting to the Group CEO and key investors.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to significantly contribute to the integration of new entities into the larger organization, enhance financial outcomes, and facilitate strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance management, particularly within a contract or service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive financial reports
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Supervising the preparation of management accounts
- Managing a team of two direct reports
- Ensuring adherence to audit and internal control standards
- Collaborating as a finance business partner with divisional leaders
- Assisting in the financial integration of the recruitment division into the broader organization
- Identifying and executing process enhancements
- Conducting various financial analyses and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in a finance management capacity
- Strong technical accounting expertise
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software is essential.
