SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a Primary School in Sheffield. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with Special Educational Needs.
About the Role:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, including EBD, SEMH, and ADHD.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Manage challenging behaviors and provide positive reinforcement to students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition for students.
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEN, particularly EBD, SEMH, or ADHD.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure and up-to-date training in behavior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.
