The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-end carpentry and joinery, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possessing a construction-related degree or qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 3-4 projects per day across London, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Manage on-site queries and report back to head office, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-end projects, including hotels, heritage sites, and new build apartments.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-end carpentry and joinery, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Construction-related degree or qualifications, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel between sites daily/weekly, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
