Drive Growth and Success for Top Sellers

As a Strategic Account Manager at Amazon TA, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving growth for our largest and most strategic sellers. Your key focus will be on providing holistic performance management and oversight for our top sellers, identifying and addressing any concerning performance trends, and escalating issues to leadership teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best-in-class account management frameworks to build long-term, high-value relationships with key sellers.
  • Establish data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled.
  • Engage directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen our partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Strong track record in strategic account management and deep e-commerce expertise.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, as well as sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
