About the Role

The Lead Electrical Engineer will provide delivery support to the Shore Integration Facility, including both planned and reactive maintenance activities and installation projects. This role is also responsible for the functional management for a team of engineers within the Maritime, Land & Weapons Engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out Electrical Design for Electrical installations involving a variety of voltages and frequencies supporting the production of Installation Guidance packages.
  2. Be first line assurance of Maintenance and Electrical Project sign off.
  3. Work with the Facility team and Scheduler to de-conflict and plan in Maintenance activities.
  4. Advise, discuss and approve objectives with individuals, coaching through Performance Development and feedback received; engaging in group wide calibration and performance discussions.

  1. Extended hands-on electrical experience.
